Vaughn Appointed to Board of Examiners by Governor
Samuel B. Vaughn, DVM, Avian Diplomate, ABVP provides
expert testimony in the legal arena for cases involving veterinary malpractice
and standard of care. This website provides our prospective clients with
an introduction to those services and means of contact.

Our Mission
We provide expert witness services to serve animals. Pet
owners, veterinarians, pet trainers, boarding facilities and veterinary
hospitals are a few of our clientele.
Performing in a liaison position between the Kentucky Board of Veterinary
Medical Examiners and the Kentucky Veterinary Medical Association has provided
me exposure to these matters since 1991.
Our mission is to review data, perform research and provide expert services in
search of the truth. Our hope is that finding this truth will facilitate the
healing of wounds to those who love their pets and professions as much as we
love ours.
Veterinary Medicine is one of the most privileged professions on the planet, and
we strive to keep it that way. Whether that be by assisting colleagues in
frivolous lawsuit defense, or by facilitating clients when their pet has
received services below the acceptable standard of care.
TO DATE 90 % OF MY CASES HAVE BEEN DEFENSE WORK,
PROTECTING THE VETERINARIAN.
