Dr. Samuel B. Vaughn has been appointed to the Kentucky Veterinary Medical Association’s ad hoc Committee to discuss the American Veterinary Medical Association’s White Papers on Animal Guardianship and the Pros and Cons of Allowing Recovery of Non-economic Damages (as Opposed to Punitive Damages) for Injuries to or Loss of Animals. This appointment is effective October 25, 2005 |
